Junior faculty
The junior faculty represents the interests of our lecturers, junior lecturers, associate lecturers, as well as assistant staff and researchers.

The non-tenured faculty of the University of St.Gallen represents its members’ interests in the context of academic self-administration. These members are
- assistant professors, permanent lecturers and lecturers;
- assistants and members of the research staff of the University and the institutes who hold a Master’s degree or an academic diploma.
Best-possible representation
Assistant and research staff enrolled at the University of St.Gallen as doctoral students are officially represented by the Student Union. However, if they have any questions they are free to contact the elected members of the junior faculty at any time. In conjunction with the Student Union, the junior faculty endeavours to offer the best representation possible.
